Qualifications

• RN license in state of practice.
• 5+ years nursing experience, ED or FED.
• 2+ years in management or charge nurse role in ED.

Responsibilities

• Lead non-physician clinical staff with Program Director and Hospital Partner.
• Recruit and onboard clinical staff in coordination with Hospital.
• Provide initial and ongoing training for clinical staff.
• Participate in community outreach with Intuitive and Hospital leadership.
• Schedule clinical staff and support performance improvement processes.
• Ensure patient satisfaction through clinical practice and operations.
