Job summary

Intuitive Health is seeking a Clinical Manager in Kentucky to lead non-physician clinical staff within the Emergency Department setting under the direction of the Program Director and Hospital Partner. You will ensure quality patient care and efficient operations.

You must hold an active RN license, bring at least five years of RN experience in the ED or FED, and demonstrate two years of nursing leadership. The role emphasizes teamwork, training, scheduling, and compliance with hospital policies.

Qualifications

• RN license in the state of practice required.
• 5+ years of RN experience in the Emergency Department or FED.
• 2 years of formal or informal nursing leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Management of non-physician clinical staff in coordination with Program Director and Hospital leadership.
• Recruit and onboard clinical staff in collaboration with the Hospital.
• Provide initial and ongoing training for clinical staff.
• Schedule clinical staff and participate in staff evaluations per hospital timeline and tools.
• Implement quality assurance and performance improvement processes with Medical Director and other leaders.
• Provide quarterly reporting on site performance metrics.
• Support patient satisfaction initiatives and maintain a patient-centered environment.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies, regulatory, licensing, and accreditation requirements.
