A national non-profit organization is seeking a Full-Time Registered Nurse in Weber & Davis, UT. The RN will deliver care to individuals with disabilities, manage health assessments, and create support plans. Qualifications
Minimum of one year of experience providing nursing services to individuals with disabilities.
Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record.
Understanding and commitment to community-based support for persons with disabilities.
Responsibilities
Provide treatment and health care procedures ordered by a physician.
Ensure individuals attend medical appointments per their ISP.
Develop and update Individual Support Plans (ISP) with an interdisciplinary team.
Skills

Education
