Job summary

RMCare Talent Solutions seeks a registered nurse to lead clinical staff in a Utah facility or home health setting. The RN will follow nursing models to promote holistic care and ensure policy adherence. Responsibilities include medication administration, wound care, and coordinating patient transfers.

The role requires a current RN license, CPR certification, a Nursing degree, and adherence to infection control. Prior long-term care or home health experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Current unrestricted RN license in practicing state.
• CPR certification.
• Nursing degree from an accredited college or university.
• Food Handler Permit as required.
• Experience in long-term care and/or home health and hospice preferred.

Responsibilities

• Directs daily activities of clinical staff in accordance with regulations and policies.
• Transcribes physician orders into the EMR and carries out orders as written.
• Prepares and administers medications per physician orders and monitors for adverse effects.
• Performs wound care, colostomy changes, tube feeds, suctioning and IV administration as assigned.
• Schedules follow-up appointments and coordinates transportation as needed.
• Provides nursing leadership to staff on the unit and collaborates with interdisciplinary team.
• Participates in admission, discharge, and transfer processes and in QAPI activities.
