Job summary

Caprock Nursing & Rehabilitation is seeking a Director of Nursing (DON) to lead our nursing team and shape the resident care experience in Borger, Texas. In this role you will ensure compliance with all regulations while guiding staff with professionalism and clinical excellence.

You will collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to develop individualized care plans, support on-floor care, and manage payroll and records with accuracy.

Qualifications

• Holds a Texas RN license in good standing.
• Demonstrated leadership in long-term care or geriatric nursing.
• Strong clinical skills with restorative care approach.
• Knowledge of nursing home regulations and compliance standards.
• Excellent organization, communication, and problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all nursing services in accordance with company, state, and federal guidelines.
