You will guide staff with professionalism, integrity, and clinical excellence to deliver high-quality care. In this leadership role, you will oversee compliance, recruit and develop nursing staff, support direct care on the floor, review payroll, maintain accurate records, and collaborate with physicians to create individualized care plans.

Qualifications

• RN license in good standing with State of Texas.
• Experience leading nursing teams in long-term care or geriatric settings.
• Strong clinical skills and restorative care approach.
• Knowledge of nursing home regulations and compliance standards.
• Excellent organization, communication, and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Director of Nursing (DON) to join our team. In this key leadership role, you will help shape the care experience for our residents while guiding and supporting our nursing staff with professionalism, integrity, and clinical excellence.

Your Impact as Director of Nursing

In this role, you will:

• Ensure Compliance: Oversee all nursing services in accordance with company, state, and federal guidelines
