Hireology is seeking a Director of Nursing (DON) in Texas to lead and mentor our nursing team while upholding the highest standards of care and compliance.

You will oversee daily nursing operations, guide care planning with physicians and interdisciplinary teams, manage staffing and payroll processes, ensure accurate records, and support direct care on the floor to sustain exceptional resident outcomes.

Qualifications

• RN license in good standing with the State of Texas.
• Leadership experience in long-term care or geriatric nursing.
• Restorative care approach and clinical excellence.
• Knowledge of nursing home regulations and compliance standards.

Responsibilities

Your Impact as Director of Nursing

In this role, you will:

• Ensure Compliance: Oversee all nursing services in accordance with company, state, and federal guidelines
