Life Care Centers of America in Mount Vernon, WA seeks an RN Director of Nursing to plan, organize, develop and direct the Nursing department. You will ensure the highest quality patient care in compliance with laws and Life Care standards.

The role requires an ASN, active RN license, and at least 2 years of supervisory experience in post-acute care, with strong leadership and collaboration across teams. Full-time, day shift, on-site duties with opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• ASN degree from an accredited college or university.
• Active RN license in good standing throughout employment.
• Two (2) years of supervisory experience in a post-acute care or related setting.

Responsabilités

• Plan, organize, develop, and direct nursing department operations to ensure quality patient care.
• Recruit, hire, train, evaluate, and supervise nursing staff.
• Direct care provided by nursing staff and maintain budgetary controls.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and maintain compliance.
