Qualifications and Experience Requirements:

• Current RN license
• 5 years clinical management experience, preferably in a long-term care environment
• Prior DON experience is highly preferred
• Knowledge of nursing and medical practices, procedures, laws, regulations, and guidelines pertaining to long-term care administration
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Excellent communication skills with employees and families
• CPR certification maintained

The RN Director of Nursing Services will have primary responsibility for administering and coordinating clinical services and programs for residents. The role involves directly supervising nurses as nurse manager and overseeing daily clinical operations.
