Now Hiring: Registered Nurse RN- Director of Nursing DON

Responsibilities:

• Define and maintain the standards of nursing practice within the facility.
• Ensure the Nursing Department remains in compliance with all local, state, and federal guidelines and regulations.
• Participate in surveys and inspections by government agencies.
• Complete daily rounds ensuring the residents are maintaining appropriate levels of care.
• Other duties as assigned by Administrator and Regional Team.

Qualifications:

• Ability to work independently or as part of a group.
• Electronic Health Records knowledge.
• Knowledgeable about long term care regulation.
• Excellent clinical nursing practice for skills and protocol.
• Clinical Leadership experience in long term care is required.

License:

• Must have an Active Registered Nurse RN license to practice in the state of West Virginia.
