RN Director of Nursing - Assisted Living $3000 Sign on Bonus!

Description

Manages the day-to-day clinical services of a large or complex community, ensuring residents' healthcare needs are met with respect and dignity while maintaining quality care. Supervises and provides leadership, coaching, and mentorship to licensed nurses and care staff. May lead a clinical leadership team of five or more members. The level of the Director of Nursing role is determined by community complexity, considering factors such as size, product lines, medication management, licensure, and regulatory requirements.

  • Build relationships with residents, families, and healthcare providers for coordinated care.
