Job summary

Senior Life Solutions in Yreka, CA is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to lead a small clinical team in an intensive outpatient program for older adults. This onsite position provides a structured work week (Mon-Fri) with no weekends or on-call duties, a salary up to $106,000 based on experience, and a $5,000 sign-on bonus along with housing assistance for up to six months.

Responsibilities:

• Lead a small disciplinary team comprised of a psychiatric physician, therapist, and medical office coordinator providing services to the senior population.


• Engage with your local community through education (presentations, one-on-one meetings, etc.)


• Referral development through hospital staff, providers, and community resources


• Growing and maintaining patient census


• Ensure compliance through professional and ethical guidelines


• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Registered Nurse or licensed in the state of practice required


• Graduation from a state-approved school of nursing required


• Psychiatric Nursing experience preferred
