Job summary

Psychiatric Medical Care, LLC is seeking a RN Nurse Manager for the Senior Life Solutions program in Hampton, IA onsite. You will lead a small disciplinary team and coordinate services for seniors with depression and anxiety related to aging.

This role features a Monday–Friday schedule with no holidays, weekends, or on-call obligations, and offers a comprehensive benefits package. Competitive salary up to $85,000 per year based on experience, plus a matching 401k and education assistance.

Qualifications

• BSN or ASN required.
• RN license required.
• Psychiatric experience preferred.
• Passion for working with Older Adults preferred.

• Referral development through hospital staff, providers, and community resources.

Senior Life Solutions is an intensive outpatient therapy program designed to meet the unique needs of individuals, typically 65 and older, experiencing depression and/or anxiety related to life changes often associated with aging.

• Lead a small disciplinary team comprised of a psychiatric physician, therapist, and medical office coordinator providing services to the senior population.
• Engage with your local community through education (presentations, one-on-one meetings, etc.)
• Referral development through hospital staff, providers, and community resources
• Growing and maintaining patient census
• Ensure compliance through professional and ethical guidelines
• Other duties as assigned
