Psychiatric Medical Care, LLC. is opening a Senior Life Solutions program in Alturas, CA. We seek a Nursing leader to head a small multidisciplinary team and drive community outreach to seniors 65+. Staff start in January ahead of February 2027 opening, with a salary up to $140,000 based on experience.

Qualificações

• Registered Nurse in the state of practice required.
• Graduation from a state-approved school of nursing required.
• Psychiatric nursing experience preferred.

This is a new Senior Life Solutions program set to open in February 2027, with staff starting in January.

Senior Life Solutions is an intensive outpatient therapy program designed to meet the unique needs of individuals, typically 65 and older, experiencing depression and/or anxiety related to life changes often associated with aging.

Responsibilities:

• Lead a small disciplinary team comprised of a psychiatric physician, therapist, and medical office coordinator providing services to the senior population.
• Engage with your local community through education (presentations, one-on-one meetings, etc.)
• Referral development through hospital staff, providers, and community resources
• Growing and maintaining patient census
• Ensure compliance through professional and ethical guidelines
• Other duties as assigned
