This role provides strategic, operational, nursing, and emergency personnel leadership for the ED, ensuring high-quality, timely, patient-centered emergency care for the communities we serve. The Director is responsible for overall leadership, planning, staffing, clinical quality, regulatory compliance, and financial performance of the ED.

Qualifikationen

• Licensed or eligible in Nebraska as RN, Paramedic, APRN, or PA.
• Minimum five years emergency services experience (two in hospital).
• Leadership experience preferred.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
