Job summary

Ohio Living Sarah Moore is seeking an Administrator to plan, organize, and direct the overall operation of licensed home health and hospice services. You will ensure high-quality care, regulatory compliance, and efficient use of resources across departments.

Responsibilities include daily operations management, staff supervision, budgeting, and ensuring accurate documentation. Strong leadership, Medicare/third-party knowledge, and EMR proficiency are required; Ohio RN licensure is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing or related field required.
• Current unencumbered RN license in Ohio required.
• Five years of healthcare experience with at least two years in a health-related administrative or operations management role.

Responsibilities

• Oversees daily operations to ensure regulatory compliance and survey readiness.
• Manages budgeting, supplies, and billing accuracy within department budgets.
• Leads clinical staff, hires/onboards employees, and guides performance development.
• Ensures patient records are complete, compliant, and securely maintained.
• Maintains effective communication with staff and community partners.
• Manages quality, risk, and regulatory audits and survey processes.
