Job summary

Puget Sound Kidney Centers in Poulsbo, WA seeks a licensed Registered Nurse to serve as Dialysis Clinic Manager (DCM). The DCM will oversee in-center patient care, ensure nursing quality, and manage staffing with authority to meet unit objectives.

Qualifications include RN from WA, CPR/BLS, 1 year clinical nursing, and 6 months hemodialysis experience. Regular full-time Mon-Fri; travel to other PSKC locations for training or coverage.

Qualifications

• Must have a current RN license in WA.
• Minimum of one year experience in clinical nursing.
• Minimum of six months experience in acute and/or chronic hemodialysis.
• CPR/BLS certification under American Heart Association.

Responsibilities

• Oversee in-center dialysis patient care and ensure quality nursing care.
• Staffing assignments and unit objectives are managed with appropriate resources.
• Travel to PSKC clinic locations to participate in training or cover shifts.
• Respond to emergencies outside regular hours as required.
