Job summary

Northwest Kidney Centers in Seattle seeks an RN Nurse Manager to join the Rainier Beach Kidney Center on a full-time, day-shift schedule (Sunday to Friday 08:00–16:30). The Nurse Manager oversees dialysis facility operations for day and evening shifts, supports the Clinical Director, ensures high-quality, cost-effective care, and coaches staff to deliver exceptional health services.

Dialysis experience is not required; a WA RN license and BLS are mandatory, with BSN and prior management

Qualifications

• AA in Nursing required.
• Current Washington RN license required.
• BLS by American Heart Association required.

Northwest Kidney Centers seeks an RN Nurse Manager to join the Rainier Beach Kidney Center in a full-time, day shift position.

1.0 FTE Sunday to Friday 0800-1630

Purpose

The Nurse Manager is responsible for the dialysis facility for both day and evening shifts. This position assists the Clinical Director in the delivery of quality dialysis care to our patients, implementation of cost-effective, innovative, high-quality dialysis services, monitoring budgets within established guidelines, performance appraisals and coaching and counseling staff for delivery of quality health care. Dialysis experience is not required.

Shift:

Full-time, 40 hours/week, Exempt, On-site

Required Qualifications

• Associate Arts degree in Nursing
• Current Washington State Registered Nurse license
• American Heart Association BLS

Preferred qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing
• Prior management experience
