Job summary
Northwest Kidney Centers seeks a full-time day shift Home Program Nurse Care Manager (Home Dialysis Training Nurse) to support the Kirkland Kidney Center as well as Bellevue and Snoqualmie Ridge Kidney Centers in peritoneal dialysis.
The Care Manager delivers and documents care for patients dialyzing at NKC and at home, coordinating education and training, assessments, planning, and monitoring of home-based dialysis programs to improve patient outcomes.
Qualifications
- Equivalent of Associate or Baccalaureate degree with nursing major.
- Current registered nursing license in the state of Washington.
- One year of previous nursing experience.
- American Heart Association BLS.
