Qualifications

• Computer literacy with office software (word processing, spreadsheets, calendars).
• Must communicate effectively in English, both written and spoken.
• May require lifting, bending and standing for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Hire, evaluate, and supervise staff; ensure program quality and resident well-being.
• Coordinate activities to meet state and local standards for dementia care.
