Job summary

Maxim Healthcare Services, Inc. is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide in-home patient care in the Zanesville, OH area. The role supports pediatric and young adult cases with flexible PT/FT schedules and a competitive hourly wage.

Responsibilities include planning and delivering nursing care, administering medications, documenting outcomes, and coordinating with the care team. Current RN/LPN license and BLS required; health certificate and other credentials as needed.

Qualifications

• Current RN or LPN license for the practicing state.
• Health Certificate as required by facility/ regulation.
• CPR/BLS certification currently active.
• Experience in home health care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, implement, and evaluate patient care using the nursing process.
• Initiate plan of care and adjust as patient needs change.
• Administer medications and monitor responses to treatments.
• Document and communicate changes to physicians or supervisors.
• Provide care coordination and discharge planning as applicable.

Hourly Pay: $30 - $34 / per hour

Maxim Healthcare in Hebron is hiring for a Registered Nurse (RN) to work with a patient in the home setting in the Zanesville, OH area.

Available cases:

• Pediatric - Thursday day
• Young Adult - Mon-Fri days
• Pediatric- weekend nights

Responsibilities:

• Utilizes the nursing process to plan, implement, and evaluate patient/client care and/or services provided to client(s) receiving contracted services, as required
• Initiates the plan of care when directed and requests from prescriber any necessary revisions as patient status and needs change
• Incorporates therapeutic, preventive, and rehabilitative nursing actions based on patient diagnosis and established goals
• Intervenes as applicable in response to changes in patient/client condition and reports such changes to appropriate physician or supervisor
• Administers medications and treatments as prescribed, as well as, monitors and documents effectiveness of intervention
• Reviews plan of care and program protocols and identifies areas for healthcare teaching/education, care coordination, goal setting and discharge planning needs, as applicable

Requirements:

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) License for the state in which the nurse practices.
• Current Health Certificate (per facility Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)contract or state regulation).
• Current PPD or Chest X-Ray.
• Current BLS card.
• One year prior Registered Nurse (RN) orLicensed Practical Nurse (LPN)experience preferred.
