Job summary

Maxim Healthcare is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) in Proctorville, OH to care for pediatric patients in home settings.

Part-time and PRN positions are available for DAY and NIGHT SHIFTS with a schedule including Days and Nights. Competitive benefits and weekly paychecks are offered.

Applicants must hold an active RN license in Ohio, current TB/chest X-ray, and a valid BLS certification. Prior home health experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Currently licensed as an RN in the state in which the RN will practice.
• Current TB or Chest X-Ray.
• Current BLS card.

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• On each assignment, provides skilled nursing care/services in accordance with prescribed orders
• Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition.
• Collects, analyzes, and interprets data and information from health care members and documents actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.

Shifts Available

Days: Wednesday, Thursday 8am-4pm

Nights: Sunday - Saturday 10pm-8am
