Job summary

Maxim Healthcare is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) in Logan, OH to provide in-home pediatric nursing care. Full-time, part-time and PRN positions are available for day and night shifts.

Responsibilities include using the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care, delivering prescribed services on each assignment, and monitoring signs and symptoms to adapt care as needed. Current RN license in Ohio and BLS/ TB testing are required.

Qualifications

• Currently licensed RN in Ohio.
• TB test or chest X-ray required.
• BLS certification required.
• Experience with home health care a plus.

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Provide skilled nursing care/services in accordance with prescribed orders.
• Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes.

Shifts Available

Days: Monday - Friday 10am-6pm *flexible*

Nights: Monday - Saturday 9pm-9am *flexible*

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.


• On each assignment, provides skilled nursing care/services in accordance with prescribed orders

• Collects, analyzes, and interprets data and information from health care members and documents actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.

Qualifications
