Job summary

A leading recovery hospital in Birmingham, AL seeks a Full-time Registered Nurse (RN). The role offers competitive pay ranging from $36.41 to $49.00 per hour, depending on experience. A generous sign-on bonus of $15,000 is available. The ideal candidate will have a valid RN license and BLS certification. Qualifications

• Valid State Registered Nurse (RN) License is required.
• BLS is required at hire.
• ACLS is required within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Receive admissions and/or transfers to the unit.
• Conduct initial and ongoing systematic patient assessments.
• Document findings timely and accurately.
• Interpret assessment/diagnostic data including labs and telemetry.
• Ensure medical orders are transcribed and processed.
• Competence in Rapid Response and code events.
• Instruct and counsel patients and their families.
