• Collects comprehensive data pertinent to the patient’s health and/or the situation.
• Analyzes the assessment data to determine nursing diagnoses.
• Identifies expected outcomes and develops a plan of care.
• Implements the plan of care and coordinates care delivery.
• Safely administers medication and other treatments as ordered.
• Provides nursing interventions and responds to patient and family needs.
• Evaluates progress and revises the plan of care as needed.
• Demonstrates leadership and collaborates with patients, families, and team.
