Job summary

Christiana Care Health System is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join the Medical Specialty unit in Elkton, MD. This is a 24-hour per week night shift (7:00 p.m.–7:00 a.m.) with occasional day-shift coverage and weekend/holiday rotations per department guidelines.

The ideal candidate will hold a BSN, have at least one year of acute-care experience, and demonstrate strong critical thinking, collaboration, and patient advocacy. BLS certification is required.

Qualifications

• BSN required; ADN candidates must commit to BSN within 3 years of hire.
• Minimum 1 year acute-care experience.
• BLS required.
