RWJBarnabas Health is hiring a Registered Nurse for the Comprehensive Family Medicine department in New Jersey. The role is day shift, hourly, with a salary range reflecting the NJ market and a strong emphasis on safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

The RN will provide direct patient care, administer medications, and coordinate with physicians to ensure high-quality outcomes. Qualifications include an active NJ RN license, BLS, 1 year of RN experience, and a preference for a BSN.

Formación

• Active New Jersey RN license in good standing.
• Current American Heart Association BLS certification.
• 1 year of RN experience required.
• Associate degree in Nursing required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience with electronic medical records (EPIC) preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and recognize clinical changes.
• Provide medications, treatments, and hands-on care.
• Serve as a clinical partner to physicians and providers.
• Educate patients and families clearly about diagnoses and care.
• Ensure accurate documentation in the EMR for continuity of care.
• Participate in interdisciplinary rounds to improve communication and transitions of care.
• Collaborate within a highly team-based environment to achieve outcomes.
• Pursue ongoing professional growth through education and ladder opportunities.
