Job summary

TriHealth Endocrinology – Montgomery in Cincinnati, OH, is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide direct and indirect nursing services within a multidisciplinary team. The role focuses on initial and ongoing assessments, prevention and early detection across a specialty population.

The RN will participate in plan of care development, maintain care plans, and support physician orders as needed. Requires Ohio licensure and BLS; Breast Center certification may be required within a year.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree or Diploma in Nursing
• For Breast Center positions, Certified Breast Care Nurse (ONCC) is required within one year of hire
• BLS for Healthcare Providers (RN)
• Current Ohio licensure
• Knowledge of the specialty or population served
• Ability to work effectively on a multi-disciplinary team
• 1-2 years experience in Nursing

Responsibilities

• Plans care for participants and family based on assessment, standards of care and optimal outcomes.
• Initiates and individualizes appropriate patient care guidelines, POC or clinical pathways.
• Maintains current plan of care by updating as needed; develops goals and participates in Interdisciplinary Team efforts.
• Performs technical skills according to policies; implements POC and manages workload.
• Evaluates plan of care and documents responses; collaborates to revise as needed; supervises delegated care.

1-2 years nursing experience
