Qualifications

Registered Nurse with Ohio licensure
2 years nursing experience preferred
Breast center role requires ONCC within 1 year of hire

Responsibilities

Plan and coordinate care for participants and families according to standards.
Initiate care guidelines, set short- and long-term goals, and update plans as needed.
Collaborate with inter-disciplinary team to optimize outcomes.
Document interventions and outcomes, and communicate findings to care team.
