The Greens at Pinehurst is seeking compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) for the Full-Time Day Shift on 12-hour rotations. Enjoy a stable schedule, 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM shifts, and a generous $10,000 sign-on bonus while delivering quality resident care. Qualifications

• Active, unencumbered North Carolina RN license.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Current CPR certification.
• Strong clinical assessment and communication skills.
• Dependable, compassionate, and team-oriented.
• Long-term care experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide direct nursing care according to individualized resident care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders.
• Perform nursing assessments and monitor changes in resident condition.
• Provide wound care and other skilled nursing treatments.
• Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Supervise and support CNAs and other members of the nursing team.
• Communicate changes in condition to physicians, families, and nursing leadership.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team.
• Build meaningful relationships with residents and their families.

Connaissances

North Carolina RN license

CPR certification

Strong clinical assessment and patient

Dependable and team-oriented

Long-term care experience preferred

Formation
