Job summary

The Greens at Pinehurst is hiring an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for the night shift. You will provide compassionate, high-quality care to residents on a 12-hour schedule from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM, with rotating weekends.

Qualifications

• Active, unencumbered North Carolina RN license.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Current CPR certification.
• Strong clinical assessment and communication skills.
• Dependable, compassionate, and team-oriented.
• Long-term care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care according to individualized resident care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders.
• Perform nursing assessments and monitor changes in resident condition.
• Provide wound care and other skilled nursing treatments.
• Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Supervise and support CNAs and other members of the nursing team.
• Communicate changes in condition to physicians and nursing leadership.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team.
• Provide reassurance, comfort, and compassionate care to residents throughout the night.
