Job summary

Presbyterian Healthcare Services is seeking a skilled Cath Lab Registered Nurse to join our cardiovascular care team in New Mexico. The role focuses on patient monitoring before, during, and after catheterization procedures, medication administration, and active participation with the procedural team.

The ideal candidate holds an Associate Degree in Nursing, a CVL RN with 1 year of experience, and current BLS/ACLS/PALS certifications.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree in Nursing required.
• One year CVL RN experience preferred.
• Active NM or Compact RN license preferred.
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required at hire.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with catheterizations.
• Monitoring patients before, during, and after procedures.
• Administering medications.
• Supporting procedural teams.
• Patient assessments and care planning.
• Medication administration and moderate sedation.
• Hemodynamic monitoring.

Responsibilities: PRN: Schedule & Required Shifts: Two (2) shifts in a four (4) week Block minimum; Call for PRN: 1/2x’s per month with the following schedule for call: Monday–Friday: 5:30 PM – 7:00 AM Saturday & Sunday: 7:00 AM – 7:00 AM (24-hour call)

Holidays : 24 hour shift Availability for (1) summer and (1) winter
