Live Well Homecare Agency, LLC seeks an experienced RN – Cardiac Telemetry 3 – Med Surg in Naperville for a full-time night shift (7:00pm–7:30am) with rotating weekends and holidays. You will provide specialized nursing care to cardiac telemetry patients, monitor vitals, administer medications, and collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure quality outcomes.

Requirements include a minimum of 1 year RN inpatient experience, an Associate Degree in Nursing (Bachelor’s preferred), current CPR, and

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of RN experience in an inpatient setting.
• Associate Degree or higher in Nursing; Bachelor’s Degree preferred, with a plan to complete if only an Associate Degree held.
• Current CPR certification; ACLS and NIHSS certifications required within one year of employment.
