Job summary
Live Well Homecare Agency, LLC seeks an experienced RN – Cardiac Telemetry 3 – Med Surg in Naperville for a full-time night shift (7:00pm–7:30am) with rotating weekends and holidays. You will provide specialized nursing care to cardiac telemetry patients, monitor vitals, administer medications, and collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure quality outcomes.
Requirements include a minimum of 1 year RN inpatient experience, an Associate Degree in Nursing (Bachelor’s preferred), current CPR, and
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of RN experience in an inpatient setting.
- Associate Degree or higher in Nursing; Bachelor’s Degree preferred, with a plan to complete if only an Associate Degree held.
- Current CPR certification; ACLS and NIHSS certifications required within one year of employment.
Responsibilities
- Provide specialized nursing care to cardiac telemetry patients, monitor patient vitals, administer medications, and collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure quality patient outcomes.
- Monitor cardiac patients, respond to emergencies, ensure compliance with safety standards, and participate in ongoing professional development.
