Edward Hospital in Naperville is seeking an RN for Cardiac Telemetry 2&8 on the Step Down Unit. This full-time role offers 36 hours/week with day shifts, 7:00am–7:30pm, including rotating weekends and holidays.

Requirements include an Illinois RN license, a BSN or higher, and 1+ year of inpatient RN experience. CPR, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications are required within specified timelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Nursing.
• Requires 1+ years' RN inpatient unit experience.
• If ADN highest, must complete Bachelor’s within five years of start date.
• Current Illinois RN licensure.
• CPR certification from AHA or Red Cross.
• ACLS within one year of start date.
• NIHSS stroke scale certification within one year of start date.

Hourly Pay Range: $37.25 - $57.74 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors.

What you will need

• Preferred Education, Skills and/or Experience: Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Nursing
• Required Education, Skills and/or Experience: Requires 1+ years' of RN experience in an inpatient unit setting
• Associate Degree or higher in Nursing If Associate Degree in Nursing is the highest degree held, must graduate with a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing within five years of position start date.
• Current State of Illinois Registered Nurse licensure
• Current CPR Certification issued by either American Heart Association or American Red Cross
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) within one year of start date into position
• Stroke Scale Certification (NIHSS) within one year of start date into position
