Job summary

Endeavor Health is hiring an RN - Cardiac Telemetry 3 for Med Surg at Edward Main Hospital in Naperville. This full-time role offers night shifts (7:00pm–7:30am) with rotating weekends/holidays and a pay range of $36.00–$55.80 per hour based on experience.

Qualified candidates hold a BSN or higher with 1+ year inpatient RN experience, IL RN licensure, and current CPR; ACLS and NIHSS within a year are required. Benefits include premium pay and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Requires 1+ years' RN experience in an inpatient unit setting.
• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Nursing.
• If Associate Degree in Nursing is the highest degree held, must graduate with a BSN within five years of start date.
• Current State of Illinois RN licensure.
• CPR certification (AHA or BLS) within one year of start date.
• ACLS within one year of start date.
• NIHSS within one year of start date.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care on the cardiac telemetry/inpatient unit.
• Administer medications, monitor patient status and respond to changes.
• Collaborate with team for patient assessments and care planning.
• Work night shift and rotate weekends/holidays as required.

What you will need

• Preferred Education, Skills and/or Experience: Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Nursing


• Required Education, Skills and/or Experience: Requires 1+ years' of RN experience in an inpatient unit setting


• Associate Degree or higher in Nursing If Associate Degree in Nursing is the highest degree held, must graduate with a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing within five years of position start date.


• Required License and/or Certification: Current State of Illinois Registered Nurse licensure


• Current CPR Certification issued by either American Heart Association or Basic Life Support Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) within one year of start date into position Stroke Scale Certification (NIHSS) within one year of start date into position
