Job summary

Endeavor Health's Edward Main Hospital in Naperville is seeking an experienced RN for the Cardiac Telemetry 2&8 Step Down Unit. This full-time, day-shift role covers 36 hours per week with rotating weekends and holidays, starting at 7:00am.

Requires 1+ year inpatient RN experience and a BSN; ADN holders must complete BSN within five years. Active IL RN license, CPR, ACLS, NIHSS within one year of start date.

Qualifications

• Requires 1+ years' RN experience in an inpatient unit setting.
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing is required; if ADN is the highest degree, must obtain a BSN within five years of start date.

Responsibilities

• Provide care in the Cardiac Telemetry 2&8 Step Down Unit.
• Collaborate with medical team to manage patient care and transitions.
• Support patient and family education and discharge planning.

Hourly Pay Range:

$37.25 - $57.74 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors.

Position Highlights:

• Position: RN - Cardiac Telemetry 2&8 - Step Down Unit
• Location: Edward Main Hospital - Naperville
• Full Time: 36 hours/week
• Hours: Days 7:00am-7:30pmwith rotating weekends and holidays

What you will need:

Preferred Education, Skills and/or Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree or higher in Nursing

Required Education, Skills and/or Experience:

• Requires 1+ years' of RN experience in an inpatient unit setting
• Associate Degree or higher in Nursing
  • If Associate Degree in Nursing is the highest degree held, must graduate with a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing within five years of position start date.

Required License and/or Certification:

• Current State of Illinois Registered Nurse licensure
• Current CPR Certification issued by either American Heart Association or American Red Cross
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) within one year of start date into position
• Stroke Scale Certification (NIHSS) within one year of start date into position
