Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Serve as clinical expert, mentor, and operational partner to frontline nurses, providers, respiratory therapy, and nursing leadership.
• Provide rapid, expert clinical support for patients experiencing acute deterioration outside the ICU.
• Collaborate with nursing leadership and other clinical teams to coordinate care and escalation.
