Job summary

PeaceHealth seeks an experienced Critical Care Float RN to provide care across ICU, ED, CVU, and PACU. This full-time role offers a flexible schedule (0.90 FTE) with a signing bonus and relocation assistance potential.

Pay ranges from $45.78 to $82.98 per hour depending on experience and DOE. Requires an RN license, BLS, and ACLS/NIHSS within 6 months. Prior ED/ICU experience is preferred; benefits include medical, dental, vision, retirement, PTO, tuition reimbursement, and more.

Qualifications

• Current RN license and BLS certification.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (BSN preferred).
• 2+ years of recent experience in ED, ICU, or ICU Stepdown.

Responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate patient care in critical care units.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate treatment plans.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and maintain accurate documentation.
• Support patient safety, quality improvement, and best practices.

PeaceHealth is seeking an experienced Critical Care Float RN to provide care across multiple high-acuity areas, including ICU, ED, CVU, and PACU.

Pay: $45.78-$82.98/hour, DOE. Hiring bonus and relocation assistance may be available.

• Current RN license and BLS certification
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (BSN preferred)
• 2+ years of recent experience in ED, ICU, or ICU Stepdown
• Experience caring for critically ill medical, surgical, cardiac, neurological, and trauma patients
• ACLS and NIHSS certifications required within 6 months of hire
• Experience in multiple critical care settings preferred

Key Responsibilities
