Incredible Health is actively hiring for an RN - Critical Care position in Portland, OR. Shifts include day, night, and mid shifts; types: full-time, part-time, per diem. Candidates with ICU experience and ACLS preferred will be strongly considered.

Responsibilities include rapid assessment, monitoring of critically ill patients, managing ventilators and monitors, participating in rapid response, and collaborating with the care team to develop effective plans and educate patients and families.

Qualifications

• ADN or higher degree in nursing.
• Active and unencumbered Registered Nurse license.
• 1+ years of experience in a critical care unit (ICU) preferred.
• ACLS certification preferred.
• Ability to function effectively under stress.
• Experience with advanced medical equipment and procedures.
• Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skill.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Rapidly assess patient conditions, including vitals, and intervene with appropriate care.
• Monitor and provide care to critically ill, unstable patients.
• Manage life-support systems like ventilation and heart monitoring.
• Participate in rapid response and other emergency situations.
• Administer medications and other treatments.
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare professionals to implement care plans.
• Educate patients and families about conditions and care plans.
