Incredible Health in Lexington, NC is hiring an RN - Critical Care to join a team caring for critically ill patients. Shifts include day, night and mid, with full-time, part-time and per diem options.

Required ADN or higher nursing degree and an active RN license. 1+ year ICU experience preferred; ACLS preferred. Strong communication and teamwork are essential.

Responsibilities

• Rapidly assess patient conditions and intervene with appropriate care.
• Monitor and provide care to critically ill, unstable patients.
• Manage life-support systems like ventilation and heart monitoring.
• Participate in rapid response and emergency situations.
• Administer medications and treatments.
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans.
• Educate patients and families about conditions and care plans.

Nurses with experience in any of the following areas are strongly encouraged to apply: Arrhythmia management, Bariatric, CODE, COVID, CRRT training, CVICU, Care of burn patients, Chest tube, ECMO, External pacemaker, High acuity, Intra aortic balloon pump, MICU, Neuro ICU, Post MI thermo care , Post cardiac surgery care, Post neuro surgery, RRT, SICU, TPA admin, Transplant, or Vascular intervention.

• Shift(s) available: day shift, night shift, and mid shift
