Incredible Health is hiring an RN - Critical Care in the Cypress, TX area to support patients with critical conditions. Responsibilities include rapid assessment, monitoring of life-threatening cases, and management of life-support systems in a high-stress environment.

Qualifications include ADN or higher nursing degree and active RN license; 1+ year ICU experience is preferred, ACLS certification preferred, and strong teamwork and communication skills are essential.

Responsabilités

• Rapidly assess patient conditions and intervene with appropriate care.
• Monitor and provide care to critically ill and unstable patients.
• Manage life-support systems such as ventilation and cardiac monitoring.
• Participate in rapid response and other emergency situations.
• Administer medications and other treatments.
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare professionals to implement care plans.
• Educate patients and families about conditions and care plans.

Nurses with experience in any of the following areas are strongly encouraged to apply: Arrhythmia management, Bariatric, CODE, COVID, CRRT training, CVICU, Care of burn patients, Chest tube, ECMO, External pacemaker, High acuity, Intra aortic balloon pump, MICU, Neuro ICU, Post MI thermo care , Post cardiac surgery care, Post neuro surgery, RRT, SICU, TPA admin, Transplant, or Vascular intervention.

• Shift(s) available: day shift, night shift, and mid shift

• Educate patients and their families about the patient's condition and care plan
