Incredible Health in Perth Amboy, NJ is actively hiring for an RN - Critical Care to join our hospitals. The role requires a nursing license, ADN or higher, and ICU experience or strong aptitude in critical care settings.

Responsibilities include rapid assessment, monitoring critically ill patients, managing ventilation and heart monitoring, administering treatments, and collaborating on care plans with physicians. Benefits include 401K, PTO and tuition assistance.

Qualifications

• ADN or higher degree in nursing
• Active and unencumbered RN license
• 1+ years ICU experience (preferred)
• ACLS certification preferred
• Ability to function effectively under stress
• Experience with advanced medical equipment and procedures
• Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving
• Strong communication and collaboration skills

Responsibilities

• Rapidly assess patient conditions, including vital signs and other physiological parameters, and intervene with appropriate care
• Monitor and provide care to patients with critically ill, unstable, and/or life-threatening conditions
• Manage life-support systems like ventilation and heart-monitoring
• Participate in rapid response and other emergency situations
• Administer medications and other treatments
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans
• Educate patients and their families about the patient's condition and care plan

Nurses with experience in any of the following areas are strongly encouraged to apply: Arrhythmia management, Bariatric, CODE, COVID, CRRT training, CVICU, Care of burn patients, Chest tube, ECMO, External pacemaker, High acuity, Intra aortic balloon pump, MICU, Neuro ICU, Post MI thermo care , Post cardiac surgery care, Post neuro surgery, RRT, SICU, TPA admin, Transplant, or Vascular intervention.
