Incredible Health is hiring an RN - Critical Care for hospitals in the Washington, DC area. ICU experience across CVICU, neuro, trauma, and related units is encouraged. Shifts include day, night, and mid; job types span full-time, part-time, and per diem.

Qualified candidates hold ADN or higher nursing degree with an active RN license; ACLS is preferred. Expect high-stress environments, advanced equipment, rapid response duties, and collaborative care with physicians and teams.

Qualificações

• 1+ years in a critical care unit preferred.
• ACLS certification preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Rapidly assess patient conditions and intervene with appropriate care.
• Monitor critically ill, unstable patients and respond to emergencies.
• Manage life-support systems such as ventilation and monitoring.
• Participate in rapid response and emergency situations.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Collaborate with physicians and care teams to implement plans.
• Educate patients and families about conditions and care plans.

Nurses with experience in any of the following areas are strongly encouraged to apply: Arrhythmia management, Bariatric, CODE, COVID, CRRT training, CVICU, Care of burn patients, Chest tube, ECMO, External pacemaker, High acuity, Intra aortic balloon pump, MICU, Neuro ICU, Post MI thermo care , Post cardiac surgery care, Post neuro surgery, RRT, SICU, TPA admin, Transplant, or Vascular intervention.

Qualifications

• ADN or higher degree in nursing
• Active and unencumbered Registered Nurse license 1+ years of experience in a critical care unit (ICU) preferred
• ACLS certification preferred
• Ability to function effectively under stress
• Experience with advanced medical equipment and procedures
• Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skill

• Rapidly assess a patient conditions, including vital signs and other physiological parameters, and intervene with the appropriate care

• Educate patients and their families about the patient's condition and care plan
