Job summary

Incredible Health in Fresno, CA seeks an experienced RN - Critical Care to join a high-acuity unit. You will monitor critically ill patients, operate life-support systems, and respond rapidly to emergencies in a fast-paced hospital setting.

Ideal candidates hold an ADN or higher nursing degree, an active RN license, and ICU experience. Position supports day, night, and mid shifts as full-time, part-time, or per diem with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• ADN or higher nursing degree required.
• Active and unencumbered RN license.
• 1+ years ICU experience preferred.
• ACLS certification preferred.
• Ability to function under stress and think critically.
• Experience with advanced medical equipment and procedures.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Rapidly assess patient conditions and intervene with appropriate care.
• Monitor and care for critically ill/unstable patients.
• Manage life-support systems such as ventilation and cardiac monitoring.
• Participate in rapid response and emergency situations.
• Administer medications and treatments.
• Collaborate with physicians to develop and implement care plans.
• Educate patients and families about conditions and care plans.
