Incredible Health is hiring an RN - Critical Care in Crescent City, CA. The role covers frontline critical care in a Level 1 trauma environment with day, night, and mid shifts. Full-time, part-time, and per diem positions are available, with comprehensive benefits and professional support.

The ideal candidate has ADN or higher in nursing, an active RN license, and ICU experience. ACLS is preferred, with strong teamwork and ability to work under stress.

Formación

Responsabilidades

• Rapidly assess patient conditions, monitor vitals, and intervene with appropriate care.
• Provide care to critically ill or unstable patients.
• Manage life-support systems like ventilation and heart-monitoring.
• Participate in rapid response and emergency situations.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams to implement care plans.
• Educate patients and families about conditions and care plans.

Nurses with experience in any of the following areas are strongly encouraged to apply: Arrhythmia management, Bariatric, CODE, COVID, CRRT training, CVICU, Care of burn patients, Chest tube, ECMO, External pacemaker, High acuity, Intra aortic balloon pump, MICU, Neuro ICU, Post MI thermo care , Post cardiac surgery care, Post neuro surgery, RRT, SICU, TPA admin, Transplant, or Vascular intervention.

Qualifications

• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans
• Educate patients and their families about the patient's condition and care plan
