Job summary

Incredible Health in Clearlake, CA is hiring an RN - Critical Care to deliver high-level care for critically ill patients. You will rapidly assess conditions, monitor vital signs, and intervene as needed while coordinating with the care team.

Responsibilities

• Rapidly assess a patient condition, monitor vital signs, and intervene with appropriate care.
• Monitor and provide care to critically ill, unstable patients.
• Manage life-support systems like ventilation and heart monitoring.
• Participate in rapid response and other emergency situations.
• Administer medications and treatments.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans.
• Educate patients and families about the condition and care plan.

Nurses with experience in any of the following areas are strongly encouraged to apply: Arrhythmia management, Bariatric, CODE, COVID, CRRT training, CVICU, Care of burn patients, Chest tube, ECMO, External pacemaker, High acuity, Intra aortic balloon pump, MICU, Neuro ICU, Post MI thermo care , Post cardiac surgery care, Post neuro surgery, RRT, SICU, TPA admin, Transplant, or Vascular intervention.

Qualifications

• ADN or higher degree in nursing
• Active and unencumbered Registered Nurse license
• 1+ years of experience in a critical care unit (ICU) preferred
• ACLS certification preferred
• Ability to function effectively under stress
• Experience with advanced medical equipment and procedures
• Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skill
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
