Incredible Health in Hartford, CT is actively seeking an RN - Critical Care to join a high-acuity team. You will rapidly assess patients, monitor vital signs, and manage life-support systems while collaborating with physicians to implement care plans.

Qualifications

• ACLS certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Rapidly assess a patient conditions, including vital signs and other physiological parameters, and intervene with the appropriate care.
• Monitor and provide care to patients with critically ill, unstable, and/or life-threatening conditions.
• Manage various life-support systems like ventilation and heart-monitoring.
• Participate in rapid response and other emergency situations.
• Administer medications and other treatments.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans.
• Educate patients and their families about the patient's condition and care plan.
