Incredible Health is hiring an RN - Critical Care in Hanford, CA. Night shift available; both full-time and part-time positions.

Ideal candidates bring ADN or higher, an active RN license, and ICU experience; ACLS preferred. You will work with high-acuity patients, operate life-support equipment, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional patient care.

Competenze

• ADN or higher nursing degree.
• Active and unencumbered RN license.
• 1+ years of ICU/critical care experience preferred.
• ACLS certification preferred.
• Ability to function effectively under stress.
• Experience with advanced medical equipment and procedures.

Mansioni

• Rapidly assess patient conditions, including vital signs, and intervene with appropriate care.
• Monitor and provide care to critically ill or unstable patients.
• Manage life-support systems like ventilation and cardiac monitoring.
• Participate in rapid response and other emergencies.
• Administer medications and other treatments.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans.

Hospitals on Incredible Health are actively hiring and accepting applications in the Hanford, CA area for the following position: RN - Critical Care. Nurses with experience in any of the following areas are strongly encouraged to apply: Arrhythmia management, Bariatric, CODE, COVID, CRRT training, CVICU, Care of burn patients, Chest tube, ECMO, External pacemaker, High acuity, Intra aortic balloon pump, MICU, Neuro ICU, Post MI thermo care , Post cardiac surgery care, Post neuro surgery, RRT, SICU, TPA admin, Transplant, or Vascular intervention.

Qualifications

• ADN or higher degree in nursing
• Active and unencumbered Registered Nurse license
• 1+ years of experience in a critical care unit (ICU) preferred
• ACLS certification preferred
• Ability to function effectively under stress
• Experience with advanced medical equipment and procedures
• Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skill
• Strong communication and collaboration skills

Responsibilities

• Rapidly assess a patient conditions, including vital signs and other physiological parameters, and intervene with the appropriate care
• Monitor and provide care to patients with critically ill, unstable, and/or life-threatening conditions
• Manage various life-support systems like ventilation and heart-monitoring
• Participate in rapid response and other emergency situations
• Administer medications and other treatments
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans
• Educate patients and their families about the patient's condition and care plan
