Job summary

Incredible Health in Annapolis, MD is seeking an experienced RN - Critical Care to join our network of hospitals providing critical care to patients in need. Nurses with ICU experience are strongly encouraged to apply, including areas such as CVICU, MICU, SICU, and other high-acuity units.

Shifts available include day, night, and mid shifts. Full-time and part-time positions are offered with comprehensive benefits and opportunities for cross-training.

Qualifications

• ADN or higher nursing degree
• Active and unencumbered RN license
• 1+ years ICU experience preferred
• ACLS certification preferred
• Ability to function effectively under stress
• Experience with advanced medical equipment and procedures
• Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skill
• Strong communication and collaboration skills

Responsibilities

• Rapidly assess patient conditions and intervene with appropriate care
• Monitor and provide care to critically ill or life-threatening patients
• Manage life-support systems like ventilation and heart-monitoring
• Participate in rapid response and other emergencies
• Administer medications and treatments
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans
• Educate patients and families about condition and care plan

Nurses with experience in any of the following areas are strongly encouraged to apply: Arrhythmia management, Bariatric, CODE, COVID, CRRT training, CVICU, Care of burn patients, Chest tube, ECMO, External pacemaker, High acuity, Intra aortic balloon pump, MICU, Neuro ICU, Post MI thermo care , Post cardiac surgery care, Post neuro surgery, RRT, SICU, TPA admin, Transplant, or Vascular intervention.
